Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden

Matratze scheinbar schon länger durchgelegen,man liegt gefühlt auf dem Lattenrost. Rollo fehlt, abdunkeln des Zimmers war nicht möglich, Schubladen in Küche dreckig, Staub auf Schrank, Spinnweben im Bad, die Fenster haben auch schon lange keine Reinigung mehr hinter sich. Hygienisch sehr ausbaufähig! Teppich gefährliche Stolperfalle. Wasserhahn im Bad verkalkt, allgemein sehr hellhörig. Für den Preis ein absoluter Reinfall und nicht weiter zu empfehlen!

Modern Interieur, good water pressure, clean and comfortable. Quiet area with excellent connections via Tram and S Bahn.

TV reception

Ruhige Lage am Rand von Köln (an die Bahnstrecke im Hintergrund gewöhnt man sich schnell). Angenehme Vermieter, die direkt unter dem Appartement wohnen, daher sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig, die Dusche gut.

Sehr spartanische Ausstattung, nach jedem Essen musste daher abgewaschen werden. Die Matratze im Bett ist zu weich bzw. etwas durchgelegen, so dass ich wegen Rückenproblemen auf dem Sofa geschlafen habe.

As a Genius member who has stayed at many properties through Booking, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The cleanliness and overall accommodation perfectly matched the photos. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. I’ll definitely be visiting Köln more often from now on, and I’ll absolutely stay here again. Thank you for everything—highly recommended!

Nice, well equipped apartment with modern appliances. Not in a central location, but good connection to centre by train and bus. Liked the layout and decoration and had a good sleep in this quiet part of town. The host was friendly and easy to contact.

Not far from train, but could not find path described in google maps due to darkness and lack of signage.

The owner was helpful when I was in trouble. She was willing to help me even on video calls.

The door is hard to open esp for someone who is not familiar with the way to pull the door to open it. It would be nicer if I was guided when I checked in.

The apartment was very comfortable, very close to the public transport stations. Offers a great balance between being in a calm area away from the city center and easy access to it. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Some kitchenware/devices were not really clean, would have been great to feel more comfortable with the kitchenware cleanliness. (Although other aspects of the place were clean)
