Много добра локация, на 2-3 минути от центъра и транспортни връзки

Много студен апартамент, много захабен, не отговаря на снимките, интернета е ужасен, котелът за газ и отопление е непосредствено над ваната, което мисля, че е доста опасно!

"FERIENWOHNUNG IN Top Lage in Köln"

Die Lage ist einfach top. Gleich neben der U-Bahn Station und auch fußläufig ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns gut mit Informationen versorgt. Es hat alles problemlos geklappt. Es war ausreichend Platz.

Das Bad könnte mal überholt werden. Vorallem gab es keine Möglichkeit was abzustellen oder die Handtücher von drei Personen aufzuhängen. Der Stöpsel in der Küche hat nicht gepasst, so dass das Wasser immer weggelaufen ist.

Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Check-in war unkompliziert. Bequeme Betten, saubere Handtücher und tolle Lage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

"Alte aber gut erhaltene Wohnung, ruhig und zentral gelegen zu einem fairen Preis."

Ruhige Lage und troztdem nahe zum Zentrum. Es ist sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Wohung ist schlicht und einfach, aber nett eingerichtet. Mit dem Vermieter hatten wir ausschliesslich Kontakt per Whatsapp. Es hat alles geklappt und er war immer schnell zu erreichen.

Als wir ankamen, roch es nach Zigarettenrauch. Wir mussten mehrmals lüften, dass es besser wurde. Nette Whatsapps sind schön, ein (einmaliger) kurzer Kontakt wäre noch schöner. Die Wohnung ist alt, aber gut erhalten.

Die Lage war super, sehr zentral

Die Küche könnte deutlich besser ausgestattet sein bezüglich Geschirr, Besteck oder auch Kochtöpfe ( für den Fall das man sich etwas zubereiten möchte) Nachtschränkchen wären ebenfalls super
