"Great location for shops and trams. Great comms with the owner, lovely stay."

Communications were great, very quick responses and the location was very good for shops and trams

A few ‘undesirables’ around in our walk back to the apartment at night but once we found the cut thru the U bahn it was much better.

La réactivité et disponibilité du propriétaire et la localisation de l'appartement

Nous étions 4 collègues avec les mêmes horaires donc un WC séparé de la salle de bain aurait été un sacré plus pour le confort d'organisation.

"Good location, lovely owner, requires proper cleaning and new equipments."

The owner is a very helpful and nice guy. He even helped us to find our way in the Cologne Airport.The location is excellent everywhere is a walking distance.

There are multiple things to take care of and as the owner shouldn't be cheaped out. The towels are old even they have a color distortion. The apartment needed to be cleaned properly between bookings, seeing hairs and dust on the beds you plan to sleep is not pleasant.
