"Very basic and not sufficiently cleaned overall. Good potential, as the location is fine."

quiet location near restaurants. balcony. living room ok.

Bathroom was not clean (stale urine on radiator). No towel rail: replace the radiator. No hooks. small bedroom's beds too big for that small room. Needs deep clean throughout.

"We had a great stay 9/10"

The appartement was very nice. Everything we needed was there. Since we only stayed in Cologne for one day, we didnt get the fully enjoy the apartement. However, if we had stayed longer, I would definitely give it a solid 9 out of 10. I would definitely recommended it. 9/10

Cozy, clean and quiet. Quick response!

Second room is small that is difficult to put luggage. Heater is off during night and we woke up feeling cold.

Loved the location and the property was lovely. I live in a very quiet part of the world and struggled to sleep with the vibration of the underground train. The rest of my family slept brilliantly.
