Terrazza Silena, centro storico con vista Cortona!

A lovely loft apartment above the Main Street, (lots of stairs ) do not be put off by this , it is very quiet at night. Although a loft apartment it is very spacious for a couple, and has everything you need for your stay. The view from the terrace is amazing. I highly recommend this as your stay in Cortona

Apartament zaskoczył nas bardzo mile. Jest urządzony ze smakiem i komfortowo, w pełni wyposażony. Jednak taras jest tą częścią apartamentu, na którym spędzaliśmy najwięcej czasu. Taras to wielki atut Terrazza Silena! Śniadania, kawa, wino i piękny widok na okolicę. Usytuowanie przy jednej z głównych ulic, więc blisko do centrum. Apartament urządzony jest na poddaszu starej kamienicy, trzeba pokonać trochę schodów, aby tam się dostać. Jednak samo przebywanie w nim wynagradza tę niedogodność. Naprawdę warto! Gwar Cortony słychać do późnych godzin wieczornych, jednak po zamknięciu drzwi na taras, w sypialni jest cicho, by móc spokojnie wypocząć. Gospodarz Alessandro jest bardzo pomocny i wielce sympatyczny. Przy następnej okazji jeszcze raz skorzystamy Terrazza Silena. Gorąco polecam!

We enjoyed this property so much that we asked to stay an extra day . The terrace was a big bonus for our stay .

There are a lot of stairs , but they are worth the climb, for the view from the sunny rooftop terrace .

Everything, very well equipped apartment for 2 people with a lovely terrace

This place absolutely cover all the needs for a couple in Cortona. So clean, so cozy, amazing terrace, warming family owners. Everything was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay at Terrazza Silena. We were met by Alessandro and his lovely daughter to take us to the apartment., they were very helpful and gave us restaurant recommendations. The apartment was so well located in one of the main streets, despite this was very peaceful. I could not improve on the cleanliness, nice comfy bed and tea and coffee provided. The terrace was amazing, we were very lucky with the warm weather in early April and got to enjoy a drink with the view. Cortona lived up to expectations, with great food, friendly people and fantastic scenery. We will definitely plan to come back.

One small improvement could be an electric kettle for us tea drinkers!
