Lovely clean apartment in an excellent location.

It would have been nice if there was a balcony, or some sort of outside access.

De ruime kamer en mooie inrichting waren top! Ook de beschikbare wasmachine en droger op de kamer waren ideaal. Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum op 2 minuten lopen van een supermarkt en 5 minuten van een parkeergarage. Echt perfect voor een bezoek aan Dunedin.

Hoewel de slaapkamer apart is van de woonkamer is deze gescheiden door een glazen wand. Hier hangt wel een gordijn voor, maar er is geen deur waardoor op de slaapkamer toch veel licht en geluid komt, iets dat niet handig is als je zoontje van 1,5 jaar moet gaan slapen op de slaapkamer. Dit was uiteraard vooraf bekend en het is allemaal gelukt, maar als je een kind hebt dat minder makkelijk in slaap komt is dit wellicht niet de meest handige kamer.

Very modern and updated unit. The Bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet, even though we were right in the middle of the City. If you are able to, it is very easy to walk to Restaurants, bars etc.

1) Sent us a reminder of our stay but they had the dates wrong, I needed to confirm that the right dates were entered. They confirmed the right dates. 2) We sent an approximate time to arrive and advised we would arrive aproximately between 2-3. The reply is listed below Check-in time I'd like to request check-in at 02:00 - 03:00. Is this ok? Waiting for property's reply Hi Bruce 2am or 3 am in the morning won’t work Im afraid as guests checkout at 10am - 3pm is checkin Huh!!!!!! what sort of reply is that???? 3) This is the best bit and were completely blindsided and NOT MENTIONED anywhere when you book. It is only when getting to the property that ALL this information is provided. As mentioned earlier, my wife had an injury to her knee and had problems walking. LOOK AT THE PHOTOS FOR THE STAIRS! Our usual check in time is 3pm - please let us know what time you're expecting to arrive and we'll do our utmost to have your apartment ready by then TO GET YOUR KEYS The entrance to the apartment is located at 318 Moray Place - directly opposite the intersection to Great King St and next to the hair salon. When you are at the front of the glass door - press the numbers #### to open this door. Once inside you will see a lockbox with the number # on it. Use the code #### to open the lockbox and get your key. Apartment # is at the top of the stairs right in front of you. CAR PARKING This apartment does not have car parking. You can park on the street for free from 6pm-9am, free on Sundays and public holidays. There is a parking building at 414 Moray Place. It does close at midnight and overnight parking charges are exorbitant. Park out on the street after 6pm for free. THERE IS NO PARKING!!!!! Oh and dont park at Woolies and NOT shop asw we left our car there for 1 and a half hours and got a parking ticket for $65-00!!!!

The key collection was easy thanks to good instructions. The apartments were modern and stylish, warm and comfortable and in a great location just off The Octagon. We'd happily stay again. Great Mexican food downstairs.

Not an issue but the apartments are up a number of stairs without a lift so you need to be able to carry your luggage up quite a lot of stairs.

Location was great - easy walking distance to places. Good facilities, plenty of room

floor boards are a bit creaky. bedroom at rear has no outside window, just a velux in roof (not a big deal)

Clean, well appointed, comfortable

Having to juggle car parking for 2 nights as none were attached to the property, and navigating the stairs with our luggage.
