only that I had to go one flight of stairs with the bags. There’s no lift.

Apartment was nice and clean. Just like the photos advertised. Bathroom was spacious. Various skylights though out the apartment to make it nice and bright & you could close over the bedroom skylight at night. Extremely close to everything we wanted to do! & super quiet which was great for being in the city centre. Quite affordable to in comparison to other places in Dunedin.

Had to empty the dishwasher on arrival. No parking provided but there is an all day carpark about a 10 minute walk for $8/day which was great (not affiliated with the apartments).

Modern furnishings.

The property manager failed to tell us that there were heavy roadworks being undertaken all night, both nights. No sleep. The steps to enter the property were not suitcase friendly, awkward to access. The room was very stuffy, despite having the air-con on the whole time

facilities, location, plenty of storage and space

no car parking although we were able to find street parking close by and were able to utilise the supermarket parking after 9am, window washers banging outside at 6am, steep stairs up to apartment

"I would definitely stay there again, very central, had everything we needed and good value."

Location was very central and quiet which was surprising as it's above a restaurant, but we didn't hear any noise at all from them even on Saturday night.

Carparking was hard to find close by and we had to move the car closer in the evenings ready for the next days adventures.

Nice and modern, has everything needed for a short stay, possibly longer. Clean and tidy. The location is great, close to shops and cafes, across the road from the supermarket and bus stop. Would happily stay here again

The WiFi was poor, it connected fine but it was so painfully slow, sometimes not working at all. Had to resort to mobile data for most of the time in the apartment. Not a huge problem, just a bit of a pain.
