Perfect location in the CBD, quiet street, heard no noise from restaurant downstairs

Wifi not great

The central location was great, and having your own lounge and kitchenette space over what a typical hotel room offers was excellent.

A little noisy on the Thursday / Friday nights from the bars, but to be expected as I chose where to stay in the heart of it! And didn't prevent sleep.

The location is very Central

It wasn’t the cleanest place we’ve stayed in, there were stains on the duvet🙁 Also when we booked there was no mention of the parking restrictions around the property.

Having to carry suitcases up the harrow stairs & lack of parking

The location was excellent. Very close to Stuart street and George street. Easy to get the bars and markets and shops. There were some quirky bars and restaurants close by and they were excellent.

Nothing

Location! Couldn't be more central being only about 1 minute walk from the The Octagon. The apartment is over the road from Woolworths and being in the centre of town, there are endless options for eateries, all within walking distance. A very spacious apartment which could comfortably fit 2 couples as there's 2 separate bathrooms.

No parking however the city centre is not busy after 6pm and we had no issue getting a carpark on the street right outside the apartment (free street parking 6pm-9am) There are a large flight of stairs to access the apartment so consider this if you have a lot of luggage.

Right in the heart of Dunedin. Close to many restaurants and bars

Car parking was a little difficult but we worked it out

A very grey apartment with not much personality. Not the look that was advertised.
