Lux Studio in Dunedin Central

Check-in via door code, parking in front of the house, large living-sleeping area, good bed, Netflix guest access, fan heater in the bathroom, air conditioning is only heating in the living room, air fryer, microwave, hob, 18 minutes walk to the octagon.

You can hear every sound from the apartment above.

The bathroom is very big and clean

The house is a bit steep on the floor, just like the street all around in Dunedin. If you like to cook, the house does not provide a powerful stove, but they still have a microwave oven.

Lovely, spacious and clean apartment with all the amenities you need. Comfortable beds and nice shower. Easy access instructions. Handy location.

Only down side were the occupants upstairs making a racket for several hours,stomping around etc. Luckily they quietened down later in the evening.

The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was central and walking distance to the centre, however it was positioned up a steep hill
