Lux Studio in Dunedin Central

I recently stayed at a place near the city center, and it was absolutely impressive! The location is super convenient, with popular attractions within walking distance—perfect for anyone eager to explore the area. On top of that, they offer free, unlimited parking, which is such a thoughtful perk for road trippers! The ambiance of the room was incredibly cozy, giving off a homey vibe. What’s even better? You can cook your own meals there, making it ideal for longer stays or for those who enjoy preparing their own food.

Good flat with all we needed for a few days. Not too far to walk to restaurants

Tv could only be watched from the bed. Didn't bother us as we weren't planning to watch anything.

We’ll set out space with plenty of room.

Unfortunately the milk left in the fridge was off. Was left in a little milk jug and you could see the lines around the jug has evaporated down so not sure the last time it was checked but it stank. In saying that I contact the host who was very responsive and did offer to bring some long life milk. Also whoever lives upstairs was clomping around till well after midnight it was so noisy so didn’t get any sleep. Lots of cobwebs in the bathroom too that need some attention hanging from lights. Unfortunately it’s these little things that make a stay disappointing for guests.

I liked everything about my stay

Everything was good

Bed was not comfortable and on a lean due to uneven floor. The freezer was not defrosted so we couldn't fit our ice packs in used for travelling.

The toilet is big in space and everything looked clean and tidy

The location was quite central but still in a quiet area. It was very well equipped (including Netflix) and very clean and seemed new. It had a washing machine and a large bathroom with excellent hot water. Plenty of space with a separate sitting/dining area. Off street parking was provided.

The WiFi was very patchy at times.

Relaxing stay and good sleep thanks to quiet street and comfortable bed. We'll set up kitchen.
