Comfortable Suite with private entrance & private bathroom

Having access to washer / dryer was nice. Immediate response and solution from landlord when my room code box suddenly stopped working. Room amenities were nice including TV, AC, Mini fridge, coffee maker. Too bad a microwave wasn't included but, over all it was a nice decent stay.

Didn't like that there was only half a roll of toilet paper upon arrival. With some mobility health issues it made it a bit difficult to go up the stairs to the room. Awareness of the stairs, shared backyard with other tenants and the barking dogs from all surrounding neighbors would have been helpful. Also, installing a doggie poop pick up station with a trash can and bags would be helpful to the other tenants that didn't have their own. Thankfully, I as a responsible doggie parent I was prepared.

I couldn't get in the first nite, thr cider didn't work and Noone was available, the woman from upstairs constantly was checking outside my broom fir what I was doing in my room and the couple had atleast one huge argument I couldn't avoid hearing.

The location was perfect. Very clean, neat and organized. And of course, comforting.

Nothing everything in good order

Terrific location - close to downtown and not too far from UTEP on a relatively quiet street. Wonderful bathroom and shower. Cozy room. Easy directions to open door locks. Shared washing machine and dryer easily accessible. Very reasonably priced. Wifi and air conditioner both worked like a charm.

Room could have been cleaner. Bed sagged considerably in the middle, although it was still pretty comfortable. Wall paint needs to be touched up - there were a number of gashes in the wall.

Un bel espace. Lit confortable. chambre et la salle de bain très bien équipées. Endroit calme, facile d'accès et clé à code très pratique. Joli petit jardin attenant.

Très peu de choses. Hélas les voisins possèdent des chiens qui peuvent aboyer de manière intempestive mais on s'habitue!
