Wintersun Holiday Cottages

The location and house itself was excellent! It had everything we needed and it was extremely convenient for our little trip.

The back door doesn’t lock at all. That is incredibly concerning as anyone could have robbed us at any point. We tried to lock it many times in many different ways with the keys provided and failed every time. The dishes were dirty and the towels are unfortunately stained. The location is also difficult to find as it was no where on google maps. The staff also did not seem very hospitable over the phone. I understand we could only check in at 2pm but a nicer and understanding tone about our request for checking in early would have made a world of a difference. Also the outdoor table and bbq were in terrible condition, completely rusted.

The location at Emu Bay, our favourite place to stay in KI. The cottage was simple, clean, had great cooking utensils and the coffee machine was much appreciated.

Probably only that it did t have internet

Nice, cosy little place. Lovely location.

The whole place is in dire need of a decent deep clean. Carpets, floors, splashback & walls (particularly the toilet walls) were all quite dirty with marks, squashed bugs & food particles.

No service phone and net

It was an amazing location, facing the beach. The highlight was sunrise could be seen from the living room. The property was well maintained with fully equipped kitchen. Owners were quick in responding to any queries. Definitely worth checking out.

Heating needed in bedrooms

Great location. the property and location were exactly what we wanted. It was clean and had everything we needed

The only thing that we had a problem with, was the TV remote. It was not always responsive. But we managed to get it working most of the time. Perhaps a replacement remote is all that is needed.
