Ground Floor Apartment

Clean, well appointed and stocked apartment. Warm, comfy, with everything provided for stay. Location is excellent for beach, park, shops and train station. Private parking. Pet friendly. Dog bowls and treats. We are return visitors.

Brilliant location with parking. Delightful flat with good quality fittings and decorative details . TV is good. Clever use of space with folding table and chairs

Lounge/ dining area is small and large sofa not very comfortable.

Lovely property, great location, comfy beds, and all the facilities we wanted. Great host too, very responsive and welcoming.

The apartment was beautiful presented,perfect size for all family,The decor was lovely 😍 and the whole place was clean.and tidy upon arrival ,,The beds were comfortable and had fantastic night's sleep😴,Loved to have stayed longer and we will definitely use it again in the future and also recommend to others,,we were attending a family's day on the Saturday and the service parade on the Sunday at the Lympstone camp,,The apartment was perfectly situated for our weekend and within.walking distance of the powder monkey where many veterans go after the service,,It's also in the perfect place for the beach as it's not even.a minutes walk and can.be seen.through the front window,,The apartment also has private car space to the back of the property and the back gate which leads into a small patio.area,There is one step into the property and then the rest is all flat perfect for disabled guests,I cannot recommend this enough,Thank you Tanya for all your help 😀

Location of the as excellent. Quite dark so stayed cool which was a relief.

The pillows were flat and not enough of them

Great location with car parking and a huge private back yard that caught the sun in an evening. Beautiful apartment inside with quality items throughout. Fully equipt kitchen with helpful tea/Coffee to get started. Bathroom with walk in shower and plenty of hot water. Beautiful fluffy towels. Lounge had lots of things to do from books to games and an excellent Wi-Fi signal. The bedrooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated, once again had quality bedding. Overall I would definately recommend to my family and friends.😁👍
