Great location. Good flat access to sea front and town centre. Dedicated off street parking. Easy access to the property. Well equipped kitchen.

Back yard is sunny but very basic. Bathroom is at the back of the property through the kitchen. Dining table and chairs difficult to use as folded away. Apartment would benefit from a deep clean throughout.

Well equipped and plenty of room, great to have car parking available. Loved the fully equipped apartment.

Property was spotlesly clean.

Only 2 forks in kitchen drawer.

Ideal location for what we wanted especially as storm Ciaran hit while we were there Very pleasent flat loved the decor very clean ideal facilities would go again

First time in Exmouth so it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay and come and go as we wish.

It was a perfect location nice and cool a bonus for us and a good host very helpful.

Location great, flat was clean and tidy

Inadequate dining table, living room very small and dark but well furnished, apart from no real dining table. Luckily we ate out all the time. No sea view from the ground floor.

Very well set up inside and out, lovely beds really comfortable and soft duvet. Everything you need is there. Right near the Marina, and so perfect base to explore the area.. Very clean. Great condition all throughout Communication was perfect Kept in touch, answering any questions or concerns ☺️

I would consider slightly changing the lay out in the living room, just to make more space, remove one settee maybe.
