Everything! Absolutely fabulous flat beautifully furnished, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Fantastic location Exe trail, railway station, supermarket, seafront, town and marina just a few minutes walk away.

It was a beautiful apartment, spotless and very modern, nice and comfortable, and also quite, great access to local town, bars and shops and a short walk from Exmouth beach.

The smell of the sewers coming from main bathroom drains, obviously that can be help because of the tides.

This is a return visit and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else! it’s a beautiful property with everything we need from location, parking and property facilities are spot on!

Lovely accommodation in perfect location for town centre and seafront.

Lovely clean, tidy, spacious apartment. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Great location too, just a short walk to the seafront. Nice private little courtyard too to sit outside and eat. Would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the town centre and only slightly longer to reach the seafront. The private parking space was essential as there are many restriction on street parking nearby. It is also only 5-10 minutes walk from Exmouth railway station providing a quick inexpensive journey to Exeter. The flat was very spacious with two bedrooms. Access to the flat was very close to the parking space and via a private ground-floor entrance.

Easy to find. Flat was roomier than expected. Everything worked perfectly. Well located. Exceptionally clean. Diane was friendly and welcoming.
