Great location, only about five minutes walk from the train station, seafront, shops and restaurants. Beautiful flat which was very clean, extremely comfortable (including the beds!), was very well equipped and had a pretty outdoor seating area. The extra cloakroom/toilet is also useful. Dianne, the owner of the property, was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful.

"Absolute gem of a property in a great location."

A beautiful and spacious flat, well equipped, clean, modern, tastefully decorated and furnished. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the town centre and the sea front with shops and restaurants close by. A huge bonus is it has it’s own parking space which is hard to come by in Exmouth. Communication from the owner was very good and biscuits and milk on arrival which was a nice touch. Thank you very much Di, we will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
