We loved this fabulous flat! Very clean and comfortable and the location is brilliant. So close to everything! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property was really lovely, nicely decorated and has everything we needed. stunning! great location as only a short walk to the beach, shops and bars.

Location for us was brilliant. Super easy walk to town centre

The light coloured carpets were terrifying but made us be very careful

Location was fantastic, not far from town centre, marina & beach.

Beautiful apartment. Everything you could possibly want. Very comfortable and clean. There was nothing that hadn't been thought of. Lovely touches box of m and s mince pies, bottle of wine and a litre of milk.

As well as being a lovely apartment, there is private, off-road parking for one car and the location couldn’t have been better - only a few minutes walk from the Strand and it’s cafes, bars and shops or, a short, straight walk down Victoria Road and you are on the start of the promenade. Transport wise, there's a regular half-hourly bus service from The Strand to Exeter, stopping at Lympstone and Topsham or, again, just a few mins from the flat, a half-hourly train service to Paignton via Exeter and most stops in between. Failing that, it is only a few minutes walk away from the coastal path along the Exe east or a couple of mins drive to A376 to Exeter/M5 or east to Budleigh Salteron and beyond!
