No towel rail in bathroom, not even a hook for your shower towels

Clean and tidy, very comfy bed. Nice little kitchen and central to what we needed on our week away

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable and small. A lot of stairs to walk up with our bags 🤣.

No instructions provided beforehand on how to check in or check out. The place was not clean at all — I’m not sure when it was last vacuumed. Simply disgusting!

The flat was lovely, situated at the back of the high St. Bed and bedlinen were of high standard. Good sized TV and wi fi. Iron and ironing board hair dryer ,microwave. Lovely cooker and fridge freezer. Very quiet, bathroom with shower over bath.Heating was good and simple to use. Good provisions tea coffee sugar etc and also coffee machine. Also some toiletries. Good storage in hall and good size wardrobe, not many coat hangers though. Parking is good in a private car park.

If the flat was on ground floor would definitely stop again. It is top floor and up 5 flights of stairs which is awful getting luggage up even first floor would have been better. This should be stated in the write up. Only found out after booking and ruined the holiday for me as I suffer with arthritis. Flat needs a spruce up. Settee is very uncomfortable. No small mirror in bedroom for doing hair or makeup.
