good facilities, cooker, washing machine, fridge, etc; bath as well as shower; easy access; central location; free parking

bed was not very comfortable; building common areas are a bit like a student dorm; outlook on carpark

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Well located in the heart of Witney and very quiet.

There was nothing we didn’t like. I do wonder if people who don’t know the town have difficulty finding it.

The lockbox code was wrong. We phoned and got an immediate response and given the correct code. The WiFi code in the visitor book is wrong. All letters are capitals and not lower case as written down

Unsure of where the key box was situated took a while to realise it was on the parking post. It was a little cold and heating was not easy to understand but overall impressed with property and location. Bed was very comfortable

Location was good. The host was very responsive and actioned all issues quickly with a full refund

We arrived and walked out. Must have had an issue with the cleaner. Hopefully a one off. Bed wasn’t chafes. Wet towels. Kitchen dirty and smoke smell.

Returned once more because it's a convenient and comfortable apartment in a central location
