Protea House

Great location. Easy communication with the host. The little street we were in was really quiet and isolated given how close it was to the main walking zone in old town. The apartment itself has everything you need for a multi-night stay.

Very little natural sunlight. We were on the first floor so getting big suitcases upstairs was okaaay, but could be really challenging if you’re on the 2nd floor. Minor things, though.

Located on a very sweet, quiet street. Easily walk to water and to main parts of town.

It was ok for us, but if you have mobility issues the stairs are steep and narrow.

The location is great! Apartment is inside an old building in the heart of the Old town. Away from the big noise but a few steps from all the restaurants! It was super clean, bed is very comfortable. Easy self check in and plenty of space in the living room. There is a nice wardrobe room in the bedroom, enough for two people. There were plenty of towels provided for the whole stay (they don't change them but provided enough). Host was very responsive!

There were only 2 toilet paper rolls for 5 nights and two people. Coffee capsules provided were not suitable with the coffee machines (you need to buy the small ones). The air conditioner is very loud (although the bed is very comfortable so I woke up only once each night). The toiletries were not enough (only 3 single use shampoos).
