Amazing Midtown Atlanta Location by Piedmont Park Beltline Ponce City Market

Very clean, excellent location and parking included. Host is very responsive by text. Good value for the money but discerning guests may not tolerate the lack of comfortable tv seating and uncomfortable mattress. For a small amount of updates, this unit could be a 10 vs an 8

All the furniture in unit 10 is dated and uncomfortable mattress. Laminate flooring is noisy. 300 dollar security deposit required by either venmo or PayPal

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the décor is modern and well done. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it very convenient for a short stay, and the door code system is easy to use. Walking distance to the Georgia Tech campus

The one-bedroom unit is located on the first floor. Unfortunately, the building’s construction does not provide adequate sound insulation. I can clearly hear every footstep from the unit above, which is especially disruptive during sleep hours.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hervorragend gelegen. In direkter Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, außerdem ist die U-Bahn schnell erreichbar. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sodass man auch problemlos mehrere Tage dort verbringen kann. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Es ist eine Sicherheitsleistung von 300 $ über Paypal ohne Käuferschutz (wohl um Gebühren zu sparen) sowie ein Foto/pdf der ID zu hinterlegen, was zunächst für ein gewisses Unsicherheitsgefühl sorgt. Die Sicherheitsleistung wurde aber - nach Erinnerung - anstandslos rückerstattet.
