The property location in Midtown is great to Botanical Garden, Piedmont Park, a few museums, Ponce City Market, etc. Free parking is a plus. Fairly clean, and quite neighborhood.

The heating system and fan is very load, affecting sleep. No exhaust fan in bathroom. The price is not cheap for the facility. Need to pre-pay $300 damage deposit via PayPal, which is a little complicated.

I loved the location,quietness, and cleanliness.

The pipes made nose after a shower but thats about it.
