Die Unterkunft hat gehalten, was die Beschreibung hergab. Sehr gute, ruhige Lage - perfekter Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Andrรฉ ist ein sehr netter Host und kรผmmert bzw. antwortet sehr schnell. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tรผr - sehr praktisch. Alles unkompliziert!

"Central Location with great Midtown access"

I arrived at the property with clear instructions on how to access it, and the host Andre was responsive via text throughout my stay regarding access and any questions I had. The apartment was very clean and generally comfortable, it had all the necessities to cook & clean. The location was excellentโ€”right in the heart of Midtown, close to great restaurants, bars, public transportation, and Piedmont Park. Honestly, thereโ€™s no need for a car in this area.

The unit did not look like the units pictured in the listing, but it was still decent enough for me to stay. It could definitely use some updatesโ€”particularly the bathroom, doors and the air conditioning system. The AC unit is next to the bedroom, but the vent is in the bedroom and it was especially loud. This made it difficult to get a to sleep. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience one night due to extremely loud downstairs neighbors that kept me up from 11pm- 5am. I also woke up to the apartment filled with marijuana smoke, which triggered a sinus issue that required a visit to urgent care the day before my international travel. I contacted the host, Andre, who let me know the neighbors had already checked out. He offered to bring over air freshener and advised me to open the windows. However, the windows were quite small and located only in the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchenโ€”the main living room window did not open. I let him know I had already used my own spray, so he didnโ€™t need to bring any. After checking out on June 13th, I realized on July 10th that I still hadnโ€™t received my deposit. I followed up via text, and only then was the refund processed. That delay left a negative impression for me.
