Very nice and walkable area with access to restaurants and attractions.

The following I would offer as recommended improvements: The entrance door was difficult to access which was directly affected by weather conditions. Occasionally due to this difficulty other guests would not secure the door so that they could easily access it later. The cable box remote battery was low so outside of turning the TV on I was not able to control the TV. Lastly, noticed that the smoke detector was removed from unit creating a security issue if there was a fire.

The property location, cleanliness, parking, and furnishings were all excellent.

The flooring had some wear/curling but was clean and didnโ€™t diminish the stay.

Best location and clean, with everything needed for a week stay

Unfortunately, and to no fault of the host, you can hear every single footstep on the floorboards above. It would sound like they driving their heels into your head from 6am to midnight everyday. Who knows what they are doing up there, we were losing out minds over this and it was so uncomfortable. Again, its nothing wrong with the host or place, its just unfortunate to deal with it and it must be mentioned for future visitors to this property.

"Itโ€™s a good stay in Midtown, Atlanta"

The location! Midtown is a very nice neighborhood and with lots of restaurants walking distance. The water pressure was perfect and it was very clean. They gave you coffee and tea for the length of the stay, the coffee was great!

The air conditioning unit is a little loud.

Great location, close to all important places but in a elegant calm and beautiful neiberghood. Fully equipped with dedicated parking space. Great for 2 or more residence.
