Amazing Midtown Atlanta Location by Piedmont Park Beltline Ponce City Market

Good location

The location was great. Close to many things to walk to and easy access to transportation with off street parking. The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities I would expect from a hotel and more.

There was a security deposit due of $300 which is written in the posting but a bit buried. You have to pay it through PayPal or Venmo and there is no protection on how you get it back. I missed this and the owner didn’t ask for it until I asked for the check in instructions. There was no communication on when I would receive instructions and I was really nervous about having a place to stay right up until 15 minutes before check-in. I also had to email a copy of my ID to a gmail address and honestly the whole thing felt really sus until I finally received the check in information just before 4pm. The owner however was very responsive to my questions but in this day and age I would expect to pay the deposit through booking.com and to have my identity verified a different way rather than send a copy of my ID to an unknown email where they now have this personal information. We drove from a long way and were all very nervous that we actually had a legitimate place to stay right up until last minute. Hopefully the owner or manager can initiate communication sooner without being prompted by the guest and ask for the deposit in a different way where the person staying feels more secure. We left the place spotless and I hope to receive it back in a timely fashion. Also booking.com needs to have a way to verify identity that doesn’t involve emailing someone an id.

located near to a nice Park, very close to any kind of groceries Stores (10 min to walk), Downtown 20-30 min to walk (easily to get to the Coca Cola Museum and Aquarium). Good communication with Andre.

A little bit to dark (rare daylight). AC too noisy.

Its nothing fancy, but it feels like home! Its the energies, not something u can explain… highly recommended!!!

The location. It was in the middle of the everything, but still very quiet. The apartment was cute and clean.

Not much to complain about. I did attempt to use the dryer and it made an unusual sound so I couldn’t dry my clothes. I notified the contact though.
