Amazing Midtown Atlanta Location by Piedmont Park Beltline Ponce City Market

It was very clean, comfortable, well equipped and centrally located.

It does require a flight of stairs - not a problem for us but just be aware.

Real nice and quiet area. Property was clean easy to access. I flew in so I didn’t have a car, so it was good for Lyft/Uber pickups.

AC unit was very loud with air intake in the bedroom. Each time the AC kicked on it was loud. For light sleepers like myself it didn’t make for the best sleep. Also, it seemed the living room and bathroom stayed coolest, so had to use two fans at night to be comfortable during this very hot weather in Atlanta. Renters should be aware and expect that the security deposit will need to come from your personal Venmo or PayPal account which I found odd and was uncomfortable with. I would have preferred to use a credit card as I’m accustomed to using during a lodging stay. That all being said, I did receive my deposit back promptly after my stay.

The security deposit via PayPal, and the request of the copy of my personal ID to be sent to a random email was a weird situation. The security deposit was not refunded until I demanded it, more when a week after the checkout.

This is a great apartment in a great location. Landlord is very helpful and very quick reply to any concerns. Very comfortable and all the amenities you would need. Sofa bed was also very comfortable according to my teenager.

Nothing, but be aware dryer is a bit slow to dry.

Great location for a very reasonable price, the parking was easy as well.

AC unit is noisy, but they did have earplugs
