The beds were comfortable. The fridge and stove were like new.

The furniture in this place is cheap and falling apart. Bar stools would not stay up so eating a meal at the table was very comical. The pool (the main reason we booked here) was cloudy the entire time so we were scared to use it. There were no baking sheets and no oven mits so cooking was a little frustrating. The apartment had not been cleaned well at all. I don’t think they have a real vacuum, only a roomba and it does not do a good job. I swept, mopped and wiped everything down when we got there to bring it up to a more suitable standard. It can get hot in there. The portable air conditioners are trying but are loud. We left a day early so we wouldn’t have to spend another night being hot. The parking lot is covered in trash.

Convenient location, close to some really good restaurants and not far from the train. The interior of the apartment was nice.

It was spacious, comfortable, clean, cute, and well appointed. Communication was easy and clear. The price was right!

It didn't feel the most safe to walk to at night - I stayed on the phone or took a cab (the building itself felt safe though I wasn't sure who might have had the lock code from previous rentals), the highway was right there and a little loud but the owners provided earplugs which was thoughtful. The only thing that could have been more clear is that the third bedroom is situated in a unique way - it was built onto what used to be the balcony so it was drafty and also had to be accessed by walking through another bedroom.

The apartment is old, the pics are misleading. The windows in two of the bedrooms are falling apart, and the bathroom was disgusting (not clean). The apartment building as a whole needs work. As we were leaving, there was water all over the elevator floor. Someone who lives there said that sometimes “pets can’t hold it”, so that’s why the floors at wet at times. Yuck! Great location, but we will never be back. My advice, choose somewhere else!
