Parking was included and they detailed all the instructions to access the facilities. They included good coffee too, that was a plus.

The smell of marijuana was unbearable, super strong, it came through the apartment door through the air ducts. And we were traveling with a baby, it was quite uncomfortable. The living room carpet was dirty and raised in the corners so it was easy to trip when walking around the room.

Decor was nice

When we got to the building it was a nightmare. This place is in a very sketchy area. We got there they told up to sign up for parking or it will get towed,so we did sign up and someone had taken our parking. We went to the security that told us I don’t know I’m new here so we waited in the car for 30 mins until another security person showed up and gave us a little paper so we can park. We get in the building and smelled like cannabis and few drunk people my kids were scred. We get to out floor and noticed the door to our apartment was open. Then the cleaning was not done garbage in the bins garbage on the tables and toilet paper was broken and windows had duct tape. When I messaged the property owner it manger all they did was apologize and tried to make sure I don’t give him a bad review. The least he could have done is give me my cleaning fee he charged but I would recommend this place. Whoever took the pictures was a good photographer.

The other rooms was awful and broken bed no towels no internet or tv that worked the check out was early too and only one fob to get in the building as if we didn’t have enough inconvenience

The apartment was just as the picture showed and the location was perfect!

Great Location central to the convention center and close to the highway and airport. great location, high rise views and close proximity to restaurants , arenas .

Fantastic Location!

The location of this condo was extremely convenient, (literally right off the high). The price was very affordable compared to what the big chain hotels were asking for and it had a full kitchen and living room that you wouldn’t get with a standard hotel room. If I had a question, the host got back to me right away! This condo was decorated nicely and is definitely modernized. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates, glassware and pots & pans for cooking. Instead of spending money dining out for each meal, we were able to go to the market (0.3 miles away!) and cook some meals ourselves!

When we first arrived the parking area we were assigned to had trash scattered about. But by the next morning the staff had already cleaned the entire area and it remained clean the rest of our stay. I think it was just a fluck timing and would not deduct any stars for that.
