"I like the apartment but the owner needs to upgrade and get rid of the couch it smells horrible"

"This was a great stay and I would come again."

The terrace with the city view was amazing. I also like the fact that the basic amenities were provided in the kitchen, super clean, everything was laid out to a T and great security.

The doors were a little flimsy for opening and closing in the closet areas, but that’s ok.

Convenient location.

Roaches were crawling and the kitchen had a bad odor. I am charged a cleaning fee but the property owner told me to take out trash to the trash chute. I didn't leave any trash outside of the provided trash cans. one of the kitchen cabinets couldn't be closed and the property owner used a fork to latch it closed. Many homeless people hang around the entrance of the building.
