The apartment had most thing you'd need

Everything was old and uncomfortable. And on the last day the digital keypad door lock broke twice. First time they fixed it. Second time (around 6pm) they didn't send anyone to fix because everyone went home, so I had to stay inside and guard my belongings. The host stopped communicating entirely. Eventually Booking refunded me for the last night of my stay

Apartment was spacious and had a balcony. Everything seemed pretty clean. The couch was incredibly comfortable.

We got in to check in at a pretty late time and the person there just explained everything to us, we got to the room and that was that. However, the following afternoon, someone at the desk would not let us into the property because "we did not technically check in" because "our host did not put us into the system." She ended up "making an exception" after making us, and everyone else that was trying to check in at the time, wait for 20 minutes. In regard to the room, the bed was not particularly comfortable, with barely-there pillows, and there was no dresser.

The location is perfect, good small room for a short solo stay. The screened in private balcony was great too

Could have been cleaned a little better (saw dirt around the air vents). Rust colored water came out of the shower when first turned on too.

There was no bathroom stopper and a few homeless people that loiter around the entrance makes it difficult to move around late at night

Room had good wifi, nice view from balcony, overall nice vibe about it. Liked that there was a kitchen in the room, and laundry room available. Very comfortable sleeping areas. I really like that you need a key fob to access the building, that was a good security measure.

There were some weird people that hung out around the building, but that's not really the property's fault--the key fob thing is good. The closest parking to the building that I found you had to pay for :( but the rate was alright anyway.

I liked that it was quiet and living g room had a comfy cozy feel

The cable TV reception was horrible. The floors hadn't been swept or mopped. Could not take a bath. Stopper did not work. Need to replace shower head. Could not close any of the blinds for privacy. The towels had bleach spots on them.

The location space and amenities were nice.

The room wasnt cleaned before we checked in. Reached out to the owner and there was no reply yet when it was time to check out, we were harassed to leave from housekeeper. She was rude about us waking up late and said we were past time. I understand that but if I spoke with the owner and he said we had a few mins then why would you stand in the doorway invading our privacy by not allowing us to close the door to finish grabbing our things so we could be out. The more she was rushing us the harder it was so leave. Then try to gang up on us with another worker standing in the hall with her. We didnt feel safe. I wont be coming back until they are cleaner nicer and more organized with the structure of this building. Ohh yeah and this wasnt my first time staying in the building so it bother me to even write this because I have never had any one at any hotel be soooo rude to me on that type level. If I could give a negative score I would because I deserved better for a birthday weekend. Park is horrible here too..If thr owner wants to continue to make money then they need to realize its a certain way you treat people thats spending money with your business. Hate I had to witness tbese type treatment. NEVER AGAIN!!!
