Roomy, well presented with quality fit out

Too warm and stuffy (26 degrees internally)for July with no air con or instructions for portable fan or opening sash windows which had secondary glazing which we eventually worked out. Also fan in bathroom didn’t work.

easy to find, very clean and spacious room. good value for money.

parking around the property is limited, our particular room didn’t have a ceiling light, only a couple of lamps so in the evening was quite dark in the room.

the property was super clean and in an ideal location in the centre of Aylesham

the air con didn’t work so the room was too warm. the bed was on wheels so kept moving every time you turned. pillows were cheap and lumpy. and although the location was convenient for the church we needed to go to it was very noisy in the morning and felt like we were in the middle of a round about.

Liked the keyless staffless entry system in principle slight hiccup with access codes not sent but quickly resolved with one phone cell

Beautifully decorated and very clean. Easy and secure access using the door codes. Great location for visiting North Norfolk with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Comfortable bed and super chairs for relaxing and enjoying the view over the market place. Great WiFi.

Faults - Hot tap on sink swivels, needs tightening. Soap dispenser in shower did not work. There was a 6-8" split in the side seam of the duvet cover. Frankly, the room is overpriced for what you get. It didn't feel like anyone had thought much about guests needs other than a beautiful decor. There should be more attention to checking details like the faults above and a few more welcoming touches such as :- Small fridge Bottle of drinking water. Fresh milk. Hand cream/body lotion. Full length mirror. The room is comfortable but could easily accommodate a few extras, then the price would be good value and give excellent customer satisfaction.

central location, lovely town, good bus service

The town was very noisy at night with two music events directly outside the building until the early hours. Needed a more efficient fan as it was very hot in the room.
