Perfect size and perfect for our needs. Well equipped, cosy and comfortable, easy parking outside the front door.

Lots of space and well equipped. Walking distance into Belfast if you want a stroll or the No2 bus on Antrim Rd is just 5 min walk and really handy. Matt is a great host and really helpful if you require anything and replies back fast to messages.

Emergency exit green light in double bedroom on patio doors as I forgot my sleep / eye mask!

A large apartment with plenty of space. On a good bus route from the city centre

The apartment was a bit rough around the edges. Unfortunately, the bath plug didn't work so couldn't have that long awaited bath after all the walking.

Good location (not in the Belfast centre but close to it). Clean, comfortable and well renovated, furnished and equipped apartments. The facilities are almost excellent. WiFi was also really good.

A safety deposit (£150) is required. There wasn't information about deposit until I booked this apartment. So I was a little worried about the deposit returning but the deposit has been refunded to my card (account) on the same day of our leaving the appointment.

The apartment was well stocked with coffee,tea and sugar in the kitchen and the shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom which were appreciated. Bus stop and city centre close by which we liked. The apartment was also quite big with 3 bedrooms of which we only used one. We were lucky and got parking right outside.

The street is very rough,with assisted living and emergency accommodation all around,and dodgy people walking up and down and generally being noisy,we even had a fire in the building next to ours on our last night,people riding scooters at all times of the day. Even though the apartment was clean it didnt feel like it,the floors looked dirty and felt sticky. The rug in the lounge was shedding like mad and there were random hairs in the bathroom and kitchen. We had to wash whatever we used in the kitchen beforehand. The bed was super squeaky,didnt dare move in case we woke up the baby. We were supposed to have a cot set up but not only we had to look for it(it was hidden in a cupboard) we had to spend half an hour trying to set it up! The only lock on the door was a chain which didnt make me feel very secure in that street, especially when people kept leaving the outer door unlocked. The security deposit was another thing. I understand the reason but it should be made clear in the house rules before booking. Not sure i d like to stay here again.

All on one level…on street parking was good..beds were comfortable
