The flat was central to good transport links etc

The flat had holes in the wall, broken appliances that ruined clothing (iron plate was broken and ripped my satin skirt) the light in the bathroom worked intermittently. The fixtures/fittings were grubby, and were of poor quality, carpets were frayed or not fitted correctly. When I complained about the iron ripping my skirt, the owner simply said he is not aware if the cleaners don't tell him and that was that. £30 skirt ruined.

Pretty much everything. Clean, safe and well maintained and equipped.

Nothing that wouldn’t be classed as being picky. For what we paid and what we got and the location to the city compared with even “value” hotels, this was a bargain. No complaints!!!

A long mirror would have been great for a load of girls getting ready and only 2 mirrors

Very close to the city centre, comfortable furniture. The owner was very helpful.

Nice apartment in Belfast. Close to the Gaol and titanic museum.

Clean, tidy and has everything that we needed. Highly recommended.

The facilities were good.

Big windows in the living room, easy check in and out

Wasn’t super clean, especially the kitchen. I had to clean the kettle because it had a lot of brown gunk in it, so that didn’t instill much confidence in the cleanliness of the place
