I can’t tel you about this property

I didn’t all communications being ignored except the communications they started after the money was already taken via booking.com/ I could no longer cancel. I asked for weeks if our roof box would fit into the parking, this was ignored repeatedly until 3pm on the day we were staying and hours after we’d already set off driving having been unable to bring our roof box as we had no response when suddenly they answered the roof box question with ‘they were changing us to different accommodation, which is much better’ and the parking space for the roof box (which we didn’t have) was the reason. We had three children, a dog, all the Christmas presents and nowhere else to go by the time this side message via WhatsApp was sent. We had no choice but to move to accommodation at v last minute which was not the one we paid for (and then paid extra via third parties for deposits and had to send our full data including photographs and date or birth to be allowed stay there) The property we actually stayed in looked nice but had single glazed rattling windows that let the wind and large amount of street noise in all night. We hardly slept.

Easy to collect keys however a 4pm check in and when we arrived the apartment hadn't been cleaned from previous guests

Leak in bathroom (landlord informed) Loud at night Location not very good

Facilities were perfect. Safe parking and in perfect area for us. Host was very informative and check in was easy .

Wifi wasn’t good but we weren’t there really that long.

Beds were wonderful. Location was quiet and in a good position for transport.

Maybe not their fault but the internet connection was slow so we could only access Netflix properly, all other streaming services were too slow. The Freeview that was available had very limited channels.

Spotlessly clean and modern.
