Location, easy self service check in. Great underground parking. Beds very comfortable. Luxury, as described. Would definitely stop again.

Shower mixer switch didn't seem to work properly. Quite awkward to switch from taps to shower. En suite shower perfect though so wasn't too much of an issue. Sofa bed working but again a bit awkward. Pulled it out and it fell off the runner. Quite tired after a long drive and realised eventually that the hinges on the right side were quite stiff and that's why it wasn't going up properly. Most likely from being used a lot. No major issues and a great stay overall. For the money though I'd have preferred no issues with the shower in the main bathroom.

Apartment was perfect

We booked apartment for city centre on day of arrival they sent us to another one which we had to get a taxi or bus nearly 1 hour journey apartment was nice but our plan was walking around the city not to be sent to another apartment a hour away we were not to happy about this

Apartment was very clean.

We didnt get appartment that we have booked.We were relocated to other apartment due to some issue in original apartment. This one was ot the opposite side of town,bad location and furniture had stains,floor in the kitchen was damaged...definatelly not 5* that we booked.Also we booked apartment with garage and got moved in this one that had no garage or parking space so we have to leave our car on the street.

The property was stunning and had amazing amenities. It was clean and very spacious!
