لا شىء سيىء جدا جدا جدا

الموظفون غير متعاونين جدا ولا يوجد عندهم اى ذرة من الإنسانية تركونا أنا وزوجتى والأولاد لمدة ساعتين على باب المبنى والسبب أننا جلبنا معنا طفلين قالو لنا هذه الشقة لا تتسع لهذا العدد يجب ان تدفعو ما يعادل 50دولار امريكياً لنعطيكم شقه اكبر وعندما قبلنا بهذا العرض لم ينقلوننا إلى شقة اكبر وطلبو منا ال 50 usd بدون تسليمنا الشقة الأكبر وعندما رفضنا وقلنا لهم سوف ندفع عندما ننتقل إلى الشقة الأكبر كما اتفقنا صرخو فى وجوهى أنا وأطفالي وصرخو فى وجه أبنى المريض وتركونا فى البرد خارج المبنى وغيرو الرقم السرى للغرفة وبعد مراوغه دامت ساعتين أعطونا المفتاح بشرط ان ندفع بدون وجه حق وفى اليوم التالى ارسلو لى اكثر من 77 رسالة تطالبنا بالدفع وعندما سالته لماذا تريدون منى المال ولم تنقلونا إلى الشقة الأكبر قال لى بكل وقاحة ان لم تدفع لن تأخذ حقائبك من الشقة وعندما رجعنا لناخذ حقائبنا تركونا 8 ساعات مرة أخرى خارج المبنى ولم يدخلوننا إلا بعد ان تجمع السكان وانزعجو من فعلتهم خاصة أنهم شاهدو اطفالى وهم مرهقين من كثرة الانتظار خارجا وشاهدو أنهم بلا رحمة وبلا إنسانيه ولصوص مال انتم بلا إنسانيه ويجب على الحكومة الكولمبية ان تغلق هذا المكان خاصة واننى وافقت ان أدفع لهم الزيادة فى حال نقلونا إلى شقة اكبر كما قالو لنا كذبو علينا أنا أطالبكم باسترداد أموالي لاننى خلال الفترة التى سكنتها عندهم لم امكث اكثر من 15 ساعه فقط لا غير وباقى الوقت وهم يغلقون علينا باب الشقة وبالنسبة للشقة متسخة ومتهالكة والأغطية لا يغسلونها بعد خروج النزلاء إلا نادرا وانصح اى نزيل ان يشتم الأغطية قبل استخدامها وما تشاهدونه فى الصور ليس كالحقيقة

Security team very helpful and responsive when I couldn't get in my room on the first night.

There is no one to help you (Jalo employee, only security guards) for any afterhours check in and or questions. Opon booking I booked for "pay upon arrival" as it is a choice on the app but was made to pay prior to check in through an outsourced website (their own website which I voiced and mentioned seemed sketchy) and they simply answered with we can just cancel your reservation and with that being said the tone was set. And without any options in a foreign country I obliged. The floors were dirty upon arrival so I had to purchase cleaning items (fabuloso, if you want sheets cleaned they will charge you an additional charge (65,000 pesos) so be ready for dirty sheets on an extended stay. On one of the days of my stay the water was shut off for maintenance or what not so I made other arrangements,the shower water is either too hot or too cold so something is up with the plumbing, sink was cracked, washer/drier combo smelled of mildew and was broken, luckily there was a wash sink and drier rack so I had no need for it. And the safe was not functioning at all. All this led me to an early checkout what was supposed to be a 12 night stay became a 10 night stay.

Nice balcony. Apartment was spacious with a good kitchen. Nice views over Bogota and the surrounding hills. Close to stores if you need any groceries or supplies, and a nice little park nearby to sit and watch the world go by.

Sofa bed is quite small.
