Clean well fitted out apartment, wonderfully helpful hosts who answered all requests very quickly and did everything they could for us. Easy key collection on arrival and in a perfect city center location yet on a quite street so noise was minimal on the night.

Problem with the main entry system at street level. The extractor ventilation system in the bathroom/toilet is not working. This makes the atmosphere in the bathroom quite unpleasant.

Das Haus ist etwas heruntergekommen und der Aufzug war leider für zwei Tage kaputt.

Lovely light and airy apartment. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. We loved how secure it was and it's location is fantastic, right in the centre. It was easy to self check in and my messages were answered promptly. Thank you so much.

The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable. A good topper would really help.

If anything, just needs a bit of a deep clean, noticed the paint marks on the ceiling but the property is well maintained and clean

Has everything we needed

Very nicely presented with good quality furniture. Perfectly placed in the Old City to be able to walk anywhere - I walked up to Cabot Circus! Lots of places to grab a drink or food or both

Nuttin’

Handy for 02, Quay, convenience stores, cafes/restaurants etc. Decent bedroom. Towels provided.

Not good value for money. Flat a bit rough around the edges and lift and landing environment in need of clean/airing. Poor sofa. All the key boxes in lobby displayed the key code I'd been given when I arrived which made me feel a bit uncomfortable.
