Marsh House

Perfect location for our needs. The flat was lovely, great facilities, very clean and comfortable. There was a temporary fault elsewhere in the building and the owners went out of their way to ensure the effect on us was minimal. They were friendly and helpful and could not have done more to make our stay excellent.

Building smelled and I did not feel comfortable in it - felt unclean, despite efforts to make it into short stay accommodation. Wished i had chosen the other option I was looking at.

Location was perfect, close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed and it was nice to have a bathtub. It was very clean and comfortable as well. Host was very communicative and friendly, we would definitely stay again.

We slept with the windows open because there is no A/C, but overall we were comfortable despite this. We had our own fan so that helped, as well.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Even though the apartment was located centrally, it was on a quiet street so no external noise could be heard. The host was quick at responding to messages and providing the information about the apartment such as the check in process.

I've stayed in a few different places in central Bristol & always been bothered by noise - not this time. I was amazed at how quiet the flat was considering its central location. No need for ear plugs. Also had excellent blackout blind & curtain, so didn't need eye mask either. Flat was very comfortable & had everything I needed.

The overpowering, pervasive smell of weed that lingered over Bristol for my entire stay. Nothing to do with the flat or the larger building - the flat was one of the few areas I couldn't smell it! A sign of the times.

All good and location was excellent.
