Great location and easy instructions to access the flat.

The building was dirty and smelly. The apartment was clean except the carpet that looked very old and dirty with stains

Great location, super close to shops, restaurants, and the train station. The place was really clean and comfy. Loved the blackout blinds in the bedroom—made all the difference for a good night sleep.

Perfect location for a few days in the city centre. Great for a solo or small group to share. Had everything I needed to cook, do laundry, had a bath and shower, tv with some apps like netflix signed in. Left some tins and seasonings and wash tabs etc which were handy

Slightly tricky to get into the actual building initially. After getting the key using the fob was much easier

I had a great stay at this flat in Bristol city centre. The location is super convenient, but still really quiet. The living room is big and comfy with a nice TV, and there's a small balcony overlooking the car park, with a small table and chairs. Nothing fancy, but perfect for some fresh air. The place was clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic, it’s very central and easy to find. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, providing helpful information on parking and building access. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in Bristol for work.

We had a great stay at this apartment in central Bristol. The location is perfect—right in the city center, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, yet surprisingly quiet; we couldn’t hear any outside noise. The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The WiFi was speedy, which was a big plus. The hosts were friendly and provided clear instructions, making check-in easy.

Great location within within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and the train station. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, very well equipped and quiet. Bedroom was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space, comfy bed and nice bed linen and towels. Tea and coffee available was a bonus.

Flat was lovely but the lift was out so my elderly mother and I had to carry my 6 week old twins and double pram up and down 3 flights of stairs.

Location was excellent. Spacious apartment.Comfortable bed . Clean. Plenty of storage, Heating and hot water all good

Lift was out of order but we had been told in advance Stayed in 311 3rd Floor. On arrival at 3 pm went to brush teeth discovered sink was nearly completely blocked. Took minutes to drain a couple of cups of water.Toilet OK so was sink in kitchen. Bought Mr Muscle drain gel and that sorted that rapidly.Next discovered floor of of bath was very slippery when showering. Had grab bar which was needed. A rubber mat would help big time. Next LG TV had two remote controls .The working one showed pixilated , freezing images of TV stations Unwatchable. Bought batteries next day and that solved the issue of completely dead batteries. Now could get YOU TUBE etc but still slow response, pixilation and freezing. Problem I think was lack of broadband speed. Sleeping was an issue for me. External light evaded the blackout blind which was not fitted in the best position near the glass and was hanging away from the glass. Also fitted was a vertical venetian blind that let light between the slats.Not a blackout version, End result lack of sleep as room was too bright for me and things got worse at daybreak Balcony was handy for a smoke but courtyard is not a pretty sight just rubbish bins and car spaces.
