Some of rhe furniture was worn out. The flights of stairs and the main hall of the building filthy. The elevator our of order and we hadn't been informed.

The location couldn’t have been better for us, we were visiting the Hippodrome. As advertised, well equipped and nice and clean.

I think the sofa bed could be better, it’s not really good enough for an adult to use. We were provided bedding, however the sheet was only a double, so it didn’t fit across the whole thing when down. Not a proper sofa bed, the extendable base moves away from the rest of the sofa which makes it difficult to sleep on.

Great location, spacious, clean and comfortable.

Very spacious with comfortable bed and very quiet in the room through the night given the proximity to local bars and partying taking place nearby.

Roller blind in the Bedroom had previously been repaired with sellotape on the winding chain so we could not open them again

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Felt very safe there as a solo traveller. Will definitely book again here. Really appreciated the grab rails in the bathroom, such a help with my mobility. And a super comfy bed and sofa. Lots of storage and thanks for the hypoallergenic bedding and fan.

The oven took some working out! Maybe it's my age!

Everything we needed was there and the check in instructions were clear. Location was ok.

Parking was an issue and very expensive.

Self contained apartment. Great facilities. I had cause to message the owner with a query and they got back to me very quickly.

The elevator in the building can do with some cleaning attention.
