"Beautiful apartment in the Clifton hills."

A beautiful modern apartment which is suitable for small groups and families as the apartment has 3 bedrooms. The hole space was inseparable and modern. Highly recommended.

A small remark is the necessary provision for more bathroom and kitchen towels for a long stay.

1. Access to 2 of the beds was unexpectedly difficult for elderly/disabled (should be made clear prior to booking) 2. Unable to open windows during heatwave (no keys available) 3. Glass top of dining table not fixed to base ( a hazard) 4. Unable to access washing machine due to 'stuff' piled up in front

The apartment is well designed, decorated and furnished...great kitchen/lounge area, funky bedrooms, modern bathrooms.

There is a major problem with the drains in the ensuite bathroom and it made the whole place stink like there was a dead animal in there! The check-in process was awful. I had previously checked with the letting agency about a security deposit step that had been notified by Booking.com message on booking the property (4 months ago) ...to be told it would be arranged days ahead of the check-in. What happened was that on the afternoon of the check-in I received a request to pay a deposit...but I wasn't able to see that until 5pm. Having made the deposit online no code to the key box was sent. A frustrating 2 hours was then spent phoning, emailing, texting the landlord and even driving to their office (it is a letting agency) before eventually a lady answered the phone and gave the code. Then when we got into the apartment to be met with a foul smell was not exactly the experience one expects!
