Place was roomy and clean . Good location . Very informative hosts .

Parking a truck in the parkade is tight when people don’t stay in the lines . Plus side is there is ample parking in the lot next door outside .

Great location around beautiful mountain views, many shops nearby. The apartment was clean and cozy.

It took a while to find the entrance to the apartment to complete this quest. There was little gas in grill bottles and the first evening I had to bake the meat in the oven because there was a light heat in the grill, but the administration eliminated it the next day. The pillows of leather sofas in the living room are very damaged, and you had to cover it to sleep.

Location was spectacular

The seats in front of the fire place were comfy but they were worn and peeling. They just need seat covers and would be perfect.

Location and secure parking

The property is described as 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. This is not correct. One of the bedrooms is a loft bedroom, open walled above/onto the living area and kitchen area, with a bathroom beside it which is also open walled above/onto the living room and kitchen area. No privacy. The property was dirty - bedding smelling of other people with hairs on it, marked towels, dirty cutlery and crockery. Layers of dust on some fittings. The carpets were badly stained in some areas and the leather on both sofas was badly flaking. So much so that the only way to sit without flakes sticking to clothing was to put the one throw provided and spare towels over them. I’ve booked many properties via Booking.com. This is the first time I’ve ever complained and given a bad review. I did email the owners direct with my comments (there were more than I’ve included here) before adding them here. Their response focused on the fact that they’d not visited the property for 18 months as based in the UK! Not an acceptable response - wherever an owner is based, a customer should be able to expect a clean property, with facilities as described on Booking.com.

The location is excellent, very convenient, and close to supermarkets. The house is clean, fully equipped with all necessary facilities, and the environment is exactly as shown in the pictures. I really appreciate the landlord's proactive communication, which gave me peace of mind, and their quick responses. My family and I highly recommend it.

The temperature of the upper room are bit high, but there are a fan provided, so it’s not a big deal.

Scenic views. Lovely comfortable suite with well equipped kitchen. Walkable to downtown and close to the event we attended at Centennial Park. Convenient to grocery store. Gracious hosts gave a very warm welcome. Relaxing in Apt 407 when not at the event made our visit to beautiful Canmore even more enjoyable.

An FYI about the open concept loft bedroom/bathroom divided by half wall on the second floor would help guests in future know what to expect but very convenient to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in one suite, and this is not a complaint.
