Apartment 407, Contemporary Decor

Fabulous stay, condo had everything we needed and more. Loved opening the window in the morning and seeing the mountains. Short walk to the river and local shops and only a few minutes potter to reach the town centre. Secure parking and hot tub at the end of the day 😊

Cleanliness and location

There is no air conditioning on that property. It’s very hot my family are not comfortable during bed time.

Great value, well set up, spacious apartment for our group of 7 for our 2 night stay while we explored Banff National Park. All communications from hosts were clear and self-check in easy. The apartment was clean through out and well equipped, with everything you need provided, and location is handy to the supermarket and shops just across the road.

We stayed over 2 very hot days and the lack of air conditioning was sorely felt, although the apartment had multiple large fans and they were running when we arrived it was still too hot through the day and night.

The apartment was a good size for my family. Directions for check-in and check-out were easy to understand. The view is nice, and the location is close to many shops and within walking distance of the town center. There is no A/C, but it got so cool at night that the fans were barely used.

The bathroom upstairs had no door and was at the top of the stairs before the bedroom loft. It made for awkward moments.

Bathroom on upstair doesn't have a wall or not covered and there were no key to the hot tub and there is no respond from the lady who take care of the apartment.
