Designer apartments for City Breaks in Chester

Lovely apartment but not the one I booked

I was given a first floor apartment when I booked ground I had to leave a day early as due to arthritis I couldn’t manage the stairs anymore contacted customer services but was ignored

It’s a great location and super close to the centre for shopping. My partner was needing to work in Chester so we stayed here for a couple nights

It’s very small and tight for what you are paying for. Some of the dishes were still dirty and had to rewash them. Wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a place to chill and unwind, it’s great if you’re just needing a place to stay and are out most of the day.

Shower actually scalded my wife as she couldn’t add any cold and would have seriously burned a young child .Taps in sink basin were loose and had to be held to operate . Oven didn’t get hot enough to make a meal so we had to book a restaurant to eat ! …You could hear the toilets being used and flushed in the other apartments and, a loud banging woke us at 1 am , and constant noise kept us awake until 5 -15 am when the front door was slammed shut ! ..We decided to leave! and went back home after 1 very expensive night , very disappointed ! The flat was clean and pretty well equipped. It was in a good location

The noise was a slight issue from the shop next door. It closes at 2am so the roller shutter doors going down wake you up! And then opens at 7am so you hear them again. Then the noise from what I imagine are the fridge cooling units start early in the morning and from the bedroom it feels like the noise is right next to your head.

A self check in apartment. Was perfect for two couples. Pod coffee machine a bonus. Super modern and beautifully furnished throughout. Not what I was expecting from the outside. Like they say "never judge a book by its cover". Fabulous location, just outside the city wall which can be accessed within a few minutes. Tesco Express within walking distance. Thank you for the basket of goodies. A lovely touch.

Everything was perfect. No negatives.

The apartment was clean comfortable and convenient. Everything I needed including a proper cooker and bath, and even salt and pepper shakers. Chester is a lovely place to visit, with history, walks and shops. We found a restaurant called Shrub which did unusual vegan tapas style food. We are not vegan but it was delicious!

Nothing much I had a comfortable stay and a minor problem was sorted quickly by staff.
