Was a bit far out of town/railway station.

Good location, a bit further out from city centre if you plan on going out in Chester however, good for a relaxing city stay. Space is compact but comfortable

Shower is hard to dial in properly, liable to burn or freeze yourself if inside when you turn it on

Nice quiet space close to the railway station. Very convenient spot.

My previous stay before this recent one was alot more pleasant but here goes my review. Bit of miscommunication where I was supposed to be given the code for Flat 4 Ermine Rd but was instead given the code for Flat 3. Had to wait outside in the feeezing cold for around 30-40mins until it was fixed. Went in to Flat 4 looking forward to a nice rest but the flat smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The curtains are filled with stains and there was a dirty pillowcase that seemingly was used to wipe dust off of the furniture left on the floor inside the bedroom. The bed was covered in a film of dust and there were cobwebs up on the ceiling with spiders still on them. There was hair poking out of the TV stand and got a little freaked out so I opened it to check. There was a wig inside.The boiler is possibly faulty since when I tried to use the shower you can only either shower with freezing cold water or scalding hot water. No in-between. Only one large towel was provided with two additional smaller towels. I'd like to continue renting out in Ermine Rd in the future because I thought it was such a nice spot. I hope my next visit will be better.

The apartment is near the centre and I can walk around. The apartment is met my expectations (needed facilities, location, easy to find)

I have two heavy luggages and its was inconvenient to carry them upstair whilst the stair is not large enough

Near the station, had a bath as well as a shower, and proper cooker and everything I needed. Liked the pictures and personal touches.

This was a bit weird because the apartment was otherwise spotless, but the shelf in the bathroom was disgusting, with hairs from shaving, toothpaste and the area behind the sink was spattered with what looked like poo from a dirty toilet brush. Had to clean it myself. In my imagination I pictured the very good cleaner deligating this area to a junior or new person who didn't have a clue. See photos. Please put this right as I would like to come again.

Lovely little apartment, everything you needed, comfortable bed.

Nice little pad to stay everything provided.

The location was perfect a few min walk from the train station and 15 min walk into the city centre it is a great location.

The post code took me to a different house when I put it into Google maps.
