"Schöne Penthaus Wohnung in guter Lage."

Sehr gute Lage in Alghero. Nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, 3 Minuten zu den Restaurants und Cafés an der Strandpromenade. Ca 35 Minuten zu Fuß an der Promenade entlang in die Altstadt. Wir waren schon das zweitemal im gleichen Haus, hatten aber diesmal die große Wohnung ganz oben. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön mit verschiedenen Balkonen. Wir waren nur zu zweit aber die Wohnung hat mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern gut Platz für 4 Erwachsene. PKW Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.

Das Haus ist schon etwas älter und derGarten und Zugang ist nicht sehr gepflegt. Aber die Wohnung ist modern und in einem Top-Zustand.

"Großartige Unterkunft in Alghero"

Die Lage zum Strand, zur Promenade und zur Altstadt war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Balkone haben wir gerne genutzt. Dadurch dass man in der obersten Wohnung ist läuft niemand vorbei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parken war im Hof und an der Strasse problemlos möglich. Hier wären wir gerne länger geblieben.

Der Müll muss getrennt nach Sorte an die Strasse gestellt werden. Bei 3 Tage wird nicht jeder Müll abgeholt und es war nicht möglich unseren Müll hier zu entsorgen. Man muss selber suchen, wo man ihn los wird. Das war unangenehm.

"Outside of building needs some TLC. Neighborhood starting to look very poor."

Close to beach, however between construction and other passages, getting to the beach could be a problem early in the morning or late in the day. Location generally was very good, and the actual apartment was very well kept.

The neighborhood/building in general seemed tired, and needed a little TLC. The plumbing in the building obviously needs some upgrades as drains and water temperature were temperamental.

A beautiful apartment very comfortable and has everything you need. The apartment is very close to the beach and has lots of places to eat close by. I would definitely stay again!
