Good communication with the host beforehand and very nice welcome. Very large room and bathroom. Pleasant neighborhood within easy access of restaurants.

It was very dirty under the bed. Although the bedroom was big and perfectly serviceable, it was a bit sterile.

The room was big enough, the bed was comfortable. The location of the area is just great, not far from Città Alta and Città Bassa. Daniella made us felt welcome immediatly, very positive person, smiley and happy to help

The apartment is very spacious, lots of light as it has many windows. The host, Daniela, was very nice and responsive. She gave us clear instructions when we met. I liked that the shower was quite spacious and it even had an alarm in it, in case you fall, which I did not find in many places. I loved the fact that they offer some umbrellas, in case you need them. The entire building is with flats for rent and you have some common facilities, such as a iron and an ironing table. But you have a private washing machine that Daniela happily let us use, and a dryer. The location is quite nice, you have a few bars and restaurants at walking distance, and Cita Alta is about 25 minutes away. We did not cook at the apartment so I can’t really say much about the kitchen.

I did not like that there is no hand soap or other amenities like that. I get that there’s no shower gel or shampoo, but there really should be soap. The TV is quite small and far away from the couch. The mattress in our apartment was soft so we would roll to the middle of it 😅 also, the AC in the bedroom makes an annoying humming sound when it’s off, that woke me up throughout the night.

Clean, comfy and in a great area.
