"Sadly the lows exceeded the highs during our stay"

Spacious unit, pet-friendly, free wi-fi , small inverter, free underground parking, lift, & complex restaurants, beach & bus stop within 3 minute walk. Complex security is friendly. Aircon/heating throughout the unit. Useful appliances / kitchen items. Prepaid electricity was topped up by the host on arrival.

Customer service can improve. Single beds can be more comfortable (for adults), linen was a bit outdated/ worn. Limited toiletries (only 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom for the week). Shower head needs to be descaled. The mop was dirty & not the self-rinsing type (we had to use it multiple times during 2 days due to a fault beyond our control- with zero effort made to ensure we were comfortable / assisted). Restaurant(s) noisy, throwing glass bottles at +/-10pm. Neighboring units had extremely noisy guests during our last 2 nights by shouting and playing music until past 3am (on both nights we couldn't sleep or get hold of anyone).

Amazing holiday location. The host Bee was amazing!

Additional fees for the apartment to be serviced. The additional cleaning fee charged was only for the cleaning of the unit upon departure and not during the stay. First time that I have experienced this.

"Our stay was superb. Kids didn't want to leave."

The apartment was beautiful, warm and big. Our bed was comfortable. The water was nice and hot for winter showering.

The cleaners can put in an extra effort. Kitchen curtain, dust under the washing machine, fridge and sofas. Bathrooms and sinks can be cleaned thoroughly. The patio was dirty and mops and brooms also. Hygiene has to be prioritized.
