Strange smell in the bedroom, the heating and hot water kept going off so we had no water for a wash

"Functional yet basic."

Good size kitchen. Comfy bed. A lot of cupboard space and good seating

The toilet ran the whole time. Washer obviously needs replaced. Very basic kitchen provision. Only salt and pepper, that was it. Freezer box broken and full of ice. Needs fixed. Everything pretty good overall. If fixed these things and the place got updated decoratively it would be great!
