Beautiful apartment , central location . Francesca , couldn’t do enough to help . Truly authentic Italian experience , Foligno perfect base to explore beautiful Umbria .

Situated in historical center , very easy to reach. Host welcoming and helpful. Private parking close to the house or public 7 min walk. Big house with all comforts

Everything was just perfect. We were personally welcomed by very charming Francesca. She offered a parking garage next to the place and took her time to show us some major attractions in beautiful Foligno. The apartment is amazing. Lots of space and beautifully decorated and furnished with great taste. We fell as at home right away. The apartment is in the heart of the city, which is also a perfect location for exploring lots of nice medieval villages and the beautiful mountains in Umbria. No need to look for other apartments in Foligno this is simply the best!

Everything was perfect... central location overlooking the main historic square from the balcony; a charming and ever helpful hostess who did everything possible to make your stay memorable; a beautifully appointed apartment with everything you needed and more. Luxurious. It is within easy walking distance of all the sights and the train or bus station, although Francesca picked me up at the station and drove me back when departing as it was raining a bit.

Francesca was a terrific host. Very kind and thoughtful in every way. Very helpful and easy to contact. She picked us up at the train station with a wonderful smile. The apartment is spotless, quite large, 2 bathrooms one with bathtub. It overlooks the busy Piazza but it is quiet at night. Exceptional accommodation for the price and Foligno is a good location for seeing this part of Umbria. We were using a Eurrail Pass. The station is about a 12 minute walk. We are in our 70s and picky.

Francesca’s apartment was large and beautifully renovated and decorated. It was perfect in every way for our weeklong stay. There isn’t a better location in Foligno.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. You can get to everything you need so easily and enjoy the view from the balcony. It’s incredibly spacious and Francesca has very good taste and decorated it beautifully. It also has everything you’d want if you’re there for a longer stay which we were.

It is very central on the main beautiful square. A very spacious apartment with high ceilings. Beautifully furnished. Francesca , the host , is most generous and hospitable .

The best place to stay in Foligno. The location is just in the center, and if you come by car you can use the garage. The place was very spacious, the architecture and interior design a pleasure to the eye, and the hostess was the nicest person ever. The hospitality at the highest level.
